MELTING FURNACES

MOLDING

All No Bake sodium silicate. Floor Molding: Flasks from 18″ x 18″ to 10′ x 16′.
Cope and Drag Line – semi-automated production:
Flasks from 18″ x 18″ to 48″ x 72″.

COREMAKING

Silica, chromite, zircon, and other special sands bonded
with sodium silicate.
Floor, bench, core shooters, and other methods available.

CLEANING

Swing cutoffs, gas cut, and arc air. Hand, swing, and stand grinders.
Close tolerance swing frame belt grinder. One 8-foot table shot blast and
one 10 cubic foot tumble blast.

HEAT TREATING

Four computer controlled furnaces. Heat treating includes: Anneal;
Normalize; Normalize and Temper; Quench and Temper;
and Solution Anneal.
